It is a simple but intense amalgam of cardio, flexibility, and strength training all in one that pushes the body to its limit and produces positive results in speeding up the metabolism and helping to build lean muscle.
In coordination with a balanced and organic diet, the “miracle” might take longer than 15 minutes. Poulos developed the regimen and has been able to master it. Beginners can’t possibly hope to master the program in a master of workouts. Each exercise is going to take time to get accustomed to and the overall goal should be to meet that 15-minute mark.
